1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to cuci24, an online entertainment platform built specifically for users in Malaysia. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cuci24 ("Platform", "we", "cuci24").

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at cuci24. If more than one account is found to be linked to the same individual — based on IP address, phone number, bank details, or other information — cuci24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to:

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Regarding deposits:

Regarding withdrawals:

5 Bonus & Promotions

Cuci24 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are eligible to be claimed once per individual, residential address, phone number, bank account, and IP address.
• Cuci24 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse or misuse of promotions.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other users and cannot be directly converted to cash.

6 Game Rules

• The results of all games are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, cuci24 will use server records to determine a fair outcome.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled once the game has started.

7 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Closure & Suspension
